Something a Little Different…

[Update 4: After upsetting Edison in the first round of the playoffs, Tesoro played host to Servite last week. Not only was Servite the number one seed, they were back to back champions, and nationally ranked. Down 20-3, Tesoro came out in the second half and... well, just watch. You'll see]
[Update 3: Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Tesoro vs. Edison is up! We broke the pattern and went with true cinematic widescreen, and also swapped out the ESPN background music for an actual movie score. Why? Because it's the playoffs! Enjoy!]
[Update 2: Another week, another film. Tesoro vs. Dana Hills now has top billing, with the other games below the fold. Enjoy!]
[Update: We've added the most recent game (vs. Trabuco Hills). It is now the first film listed below. For those of you viewing this on our blog's main page, the other games' films can be seen by clicking "read the rest of this entry". Thanks again for stopping by. Enjoy!]
No, it’s nothing crazy. We haven’t decided to change our company’s direction to Venture Capitalism with a focus in Amish Start-ups. We’ve merely decided to expand our blog offerings.
For some time, Mariah and I have been discussing whether or not this blog should be strictly wedding films. While weddings are the majority of our work, they are not the full extent of our repertoire. From corporate training videos to commercials, we’ve seen it all. So, we’ve decided to start featuring some of our other work. And we’ll start… How about right now? I know, it’s a lot to heap on to you so quickly. I’m sorry. Do you need some space to think about things? I understand. Meet me at the next paragraph when you feel better.
Okay, ready? Great. So today we bring you football highlights from my Alma Mater, Tesoro High School. Why are we suddenly delving into sports highlights? Well, it is my little brother’s senior season at Tesoro, and I thought that rather than just attending the games, why not film them? So, I did. I wasn’t sure how it’d turn out, seeing as I’d never shot live sports before (and they tend to move a little faster than say… a bride coming down the aisle). But, happy with the results, I decided to surprise the kids with a short film. It seems the high schoolers enjoy watching slow motion highlights of themselves set to an ESPN sound track… Who would have known? So, it’s become an (almost) weekly event. You can find the most recent video below, along with two more below the fold (click “read the rest of this entry” to find them). Enjoy!

Dude, the videos are amazing, The Edison game was dome very very well. Give your dad some cards for me and I will see if I can get you a wedding or maybe some athletes that need videos for colleges.
